Essentialware PTFE release sheets are made to meet or exceed the performance of the comparable OEM release sheet at a fraction of the price. Place the 2 guide holes located on release sheet onto Stud Holes when replacing sheet. These holes will help to keep Release sheet in place during operation as specified by the manufacturer. This product is safe for food contact and insures long lasting non-stick performance. To maximize the life of this release sheet clean daily with warm soapy water and rotate.
