The powerful brushless motor in this grinder delivers up to 25% more power than its predecessor model (R86042B), with 9,000 RPM. The ergonomic paddle switch design makes using this tool for extended periods of time easier and more comfortable. Also, with tool-free wheel and guard adjustment, users can make fast and frequent accessory changes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. Using an electronic break mechanism, the wheel quickly stops rotating as the user lets go of the paddle switch. As always, the RIDGID 18V Paddle Switch Angle Grinder is 100% compatible with all RIDGID 18V batteries. The R86047 Grinder includes the grinder, a type 27 grinding wheel, guard, auxiliary handle, R840040 18V 4.0 Ah MAX Output Battery, R86093 18V Charger and Operator's Manual.
